Energizer Bunny Badge

Be an active member of 2 or more school and/or district committees


School growth plan; multiple school goals of promoting a positive school environment, improving standardized test scores, continuing Tier 2 strategies for at-risk students, and building the use of technology and digital citizenship school-wide
Verification of attendance to meetings of 2 or more committees



Innovative Technology Badge

Use technology in an innovative way to engage students in the classroom or simplify/streamline a school or department system or procedure


School growth plan; multiple school goals of promoting a positive school environment, improving standardized test scores, continuing Tier 2 strategies for at-risk students, and building the use of technology and digital citizenship school-wide: CSTP 1,2,3,4,5,6
Staff members will complete a badge request form through Google Forms. In the document, staff will explain through narrative and artifacts how they have demonstrated competency of the badge criteria. (ex. student work; pictures of systems/procedures in action)
Pineapple Lesson Badge


Participate in the school-wide Pineapple Lesson Initiative. Plan a lesson, sign up on board, teach lesson and allow other staff members to observe lesson

EDAD 616 focused on professional growth and learning. One of our assignments focused on Staff Recognition through digital badging. We were tasked with creating different badges that could be awarded to staff members for various criteria. Here are the ones that I created.
